Booking & Payments

You can book directly through our website by visiting the Booking Page, calling us on +44(0)7852378880, or emailing info@oceanexpresstours.co.uk. Our team will confirm availability and process your booking within 24 hours.

A deposit of £299 per person is required to secure your place on most tours. The remaining balance is due no later than 10 weeks before your departure date. For tours departing within 10 weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Yes! We offer interest-free monthly payment plans for bookings made more than 12 weeks before departure. Simply pay your deposit, and we'll split the balance into equal monthly instalments leading up to the final payment date. Contact us to set this up.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details — all transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant.

Absolutely. All our packages are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and we are full ABTA members. This means your money is 100% protected by law. In the unlikely event of financial failure, you would receive a full refund or be repatriated at no extra cost.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations & Amendments

Our cancellation charges are as follows: More than 10 weeks before departure — deposit only forfeited. 6–10 weeks — 50% of total tour cost. 4–6 weeks — 75% of total tour cost. Less than 4 weeks — 100% of total tour cost. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.

Date amendments are free of charge if made more than 10 weeks before departure, subject to availability on your preferred new date. Amendments within 10 weeks of departure may incur an administration fee of £50 per person.

Yes, booking transfers are permitted up to 4 weeks before departure, subject to a £30 administration fee per person transferred. The new traveller must meet all tour requirements including travel insurance.

Travel Requirements

A valid UK passport is required for all European tours. UK citizens do not currently need a visa for short stays in EU countries (up to 90 days). However, the EU's ETIAS pre-travel authorisation system is expected to launch in 2025 — we will keep all guests informed of requirements. Always check the latest government travel advice before departure.

Yes — comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory condition of booking with Ocean Express. This protects you against cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage and other unforeseen circumstances. We can recommend suitable insurance providers upon request. Insurance is included in our Premier and Platinum packages.

We do our best to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. Please inform us of any specific requirements at the time of booking so we can assess the suitability of your chosen tour and make any necessary arrangements. Some attractions and activities may have limited accessibility — your tour manager will provide advance notice of any challenges.

Group sizes vary by tour, typically ranging from 16 to 35 guests. Our Platinum luxury tours have smaller, more intimate groups of up to 16. Maximum group sizes are listed on each individual tour page. We believe smaller groups make for richer, more personal experiences.

Yes — every Ocean Express tour is accompanied by a dedicated, experienced tour manager from departure to return. They handle all logistics, guide you through each destination, liaise with hotels and local guides, and are available 24/7 throughout your trip for any assistance.

Meal inclusions vary by package. All tours include daily breakfast. Premier and Platinum packages include additional dinners as specified. Lunches are generally not included, giving you the freedom to explore local restaurants independently. Full meal details are listed on each tour's details page.

Yes — single rooms are available on all tours, subject to availability, with a single room supplement charge. This varies by tour and hotel. Contact us for current single supplement pricing for your chosen tour.
